Description: An agile young chef from the 5-star Hotspot known as the Primavera. While not gifted with ARMS himself, he has learned to whip his choice spaghetti noodles into a pair of workable substitutes, controlling them with his furious mixing skills. While not the beefiest of entrees, he is light on his feet and great on defense. Learn to master his skills and you’ll have yourself a recipe for victory!

Abilities: automatically counter attacks after a block, and can block in midair
Defult ARMS:
1) The Meatbrawls (Blind) large round meatballs that splatter the opponent in pasta sauce with each hit
2) The SpiceRack (Explosion) a horizontal rectangular triple-shot arm that shoots spice shaker shaped projectiles
3) The Tenderizer (Stun) A large hammer that blocks and smashes to soften foes up for the next blow.

Block: By using his spoon to pull up on his noodles, he can make his arms retract into defense position.
Throw: After grabbing an opponent, he ditches his spoon and pulls out a big spatula, scooping up the opponent and tossing them up over his head.
Rush: tossing away his spoon, he grabs the pot handle with both hands and aims the open noodles at the opponent, allowing them to punch at them rapid fire.
Victory pose: He turns on his heal and serves his defeated opponent a plate of spaghetti and meatballs from beneath a metal serving dome, presumably the same spaghetti he was just using to fight

Chez has a crush on Springman, but he’s not sure if he should tell him in case it would effect their ability to face each other in the ring.
Chez often gets into heated debates with Minmin over which noodles are better, Spaghetti or Ramen.
Chez sees Mechanica as a friend and they will often slip away and watch other ARMS matches, complete with Springman/Ribbon girl Fan headgear.
